La rabia es roja y rectangular, 2018.

Serie de dibujos y esculturas que representan un sueño en el que gritaba obsesivamente “La rabia es roja y rectangular” mientras plegaba mi cuerpo en la estructura de un rectángulo rojo. Esta serie fue creada paralelamente a las piezas Acción 3: La cabeza, y Astenia Primaveral, narrando la depresión crónica de mi madre. Tanto la pintura expandida como los bocetos y acuarelas tratan de representar esta estructura y materializarla en diferentes formas palpables. 

A series of drawings and sculptures represent a dream in which I obsessively screamed, "Rage is red and rectangular," while folding my body into the structure of a red rectangle. These pieces were created in parallel with Acción 3: La cabeza and Astenia primaveral, narrating my mother’s chronic depression. Both the expanded painting and the sketches and watercolors attempt to represent this structure and materialize it in different palpable forms.
